Steve Petusevsky's Ginger Soy Drizzle

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons grated gingerroot
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 a lemon, juice of
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup ginger ale or 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. can be used as a marinade or basting sauce for any vegetable or grilled tofu or as a dressing for salad or as a dip.
