Steve Petusevsky's Ginger Soy Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons grated gingerroot
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 a lemon, juice of
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup ginger ale or 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. can be used as a marinade or basting sauce for any vegetable or grilled tofu or as a dressing for salad or as a dip.
