Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup canola oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all of the ingredients except the oil in a blender or food processor.
- 2 process until smooth.
- 3 turn off the blender and pour in about 1/4 cup of the oil.
- 4 turn the blender on, carefully lift the lid and pour in the remaining oil.
