Wholesome Nutty Granola

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (or canola)
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except raisins and cranberries.
  • 2 place on a shallow baking pan in 350°f oven. stir occasionally.
  • 3 when golden brown, 20-30 minutes, remove from oven and add raisins and cranberries.
  • 4 let cool.
