Tyler's Taproom Spicy Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried red chili pepper flakes (more or less to taste)
- 2 cups canola oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine vinegar, mustard, and chile flakes in a food processor.
- 2 with the machine running, slowly add the oil to emulsify.
- 3 season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4 store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
