Spiced Peanuts

Ingredients
- 16 ounces unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 place peanuts in a small bowl and drizzle with oil. toss to coat.
- 2 combine sugar and seasonings and sprinkle over nuts and toss to coat.
- 3 transfer to an ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
- 4 bake at 300 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- 5 spread on waxed paper to cool.
- 6 store in an airtight container.
