Orzo Salad

Ingredients

- 2 cups orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup crisco canola oil or 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup feta, crumbled
- 1 cup bick's baby dill pickle, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 bring a pot of salted water to a boil. add the orzo and cook until it is al dente, about 6-8 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water until the pasta is room temperature,.
