Hot Dog Onion Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 2 medium onions, sliced thin
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 pinch ground cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 dash garlic powder
• 1 dash hot pepper sauce
• 1 dash salt
• 1/2 cup water

Recipe

• 1 in a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
• 2 add onion slices.
• 3 saute about 7-10 minutes until golden& limp.
• 4 mix in the ketchup.
• 5 add the cinnamon, chili powder, garlic powder,hot pepper sauce& salt.
• 6 pour in water.
• 7 stir.
• 8 bring to a boil.
• 9 reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 10 minutes.
